Step-04

Winning the Auction

If you are the highest bidder: ✅ You will receive an email with the vehicle viewing address and collection details. ✅ You can inspect the vehicle before making payment. ✅ If you are not satisfied with the vehicle after viewing, the opportunity may be offered to the next highest bidder. This gives buyers confidence and transparency before paying.

100Auction does NOT collect payment for vehicles through the platform.

You will ONLY pay for the vehicle after:

  • Viewing the car in person
  • Inspecting the vehicle
  • Confirming you are satisfied with the condition

No payment should be made before viewing the vehicle.

We Will Never Ask You To Pay Before Viewing

No agent, employee, admin, or representative from 100Auction will ever ask you to:

  • Pay for a vehicle online
  • Send money before viewing
  • Transfer funds to secure a vehicle

⚠️ Anyone requesting payment before inspection is not authorized.

Professional Inspections Are Allowed

You are welcome to bring:

  • A mechanic
  • Vehicle inspector
  • Panel beater
  • Professional assessor
  • Or any trusted person to assist with the inspection

We encourage all winning bidders to inspect vehicles carefully before making payment.

Vehicle Viewing Process

If you win an auction:

  • The viewing address will only be shared with the winning bidder
  • You will receive the viewing details by email
  • You will have 48 hours to arrange and attend the viewing

This helps protect seller privacy and ensures a safe process for all parties.

Failure To Attend Viewing

If the winning bidder:

  • Does not respond
  • Fails to attend the viewing within 48 hours
  • Or decides not to proceed

…the opportunity may be offered to the next highest bidder.
